🛢️ Malaysia Ada Minyak… Tapi Kenapa Harga Tetap Ikut Dunia?

Di mata orang biasa, persoalan ini nampak pelik.

Malaysia negara pengeluar minyak.
Ada PETRONAS.
Ada pelantar minyak.
Ada industri petroleum sendiri.

Tapi setiap minggu…
harga diesel dan petrol tetap berubah ikut pasaran global.

Kenapa?

Masalahnya bukan pada “ada minyak atau tidak”

Masalahnya adalah di mana kita berada dalam sistem global minyak.

Malaysia memang keluarkan minyak mentah.
Tetapi minyak itu:

→ dijual ke pasaran antarabangsa
→ ikut harga global seperti Brent

Pada masa yang sama, Malaysia juga:

→ import produk siap
→ seperti diesel, petrol, dan jet fuel

Kenapa?

Kerana struktur industri.

Crude vs Produk Siap — Ini yang ramai tak nampak

Minyak mentah bukan terus boleh isi ke tangki kereta.

Ia perlu ditapis (refining).
Dan kapasiti penapisan setiap negara berbeza.

Jadi apa berlaku:

👉 Malaysia jual crude
👉 Malaysia beli balik produk siap

Dan di sinilah titik penting bermula.

Harga kita sebenarnya ikut Singapore

Dalam industri minyak Asia, benchmark utama ialah:

👉 MOPS (Singapore)

Harga diesel dan petrol di rantau ini banyak berpandukan MOPS.

Maknanya:

👉 walaupun minyak datang dari Malaysia
👉 harga tetap ditentukan oleh pasaran serantau/global

Bukan di pam.
Bukan di stesen.
Dan bukan sepenuhnya di dalam negara.

Jadi apa sebenarnya kita bayar di stesen?

Setiap kali kita isi minyak,
harga yang kita bayar adalah gabungan:

→ harga global (MOPS / Brent)
→ kos logistik & penapisan
→ dasar kerajaan (subsidi, kawalan harga)

Stesen minyak bukan penentu harga.
Ia hanya titik terakhir dalam rantaian panjang ini.

1 Juta Liter Sehari — Apa maknanya di lapangan?

Dalam analisis sebelum ini, kita lihat angka:

👉 ~1 juta liter sehari

Kalau diterjemahkan di lapangan:

  • 1 stesen highway besar boleh capai >1 juta liter sebulan
  • Beberapa stesen besar sahaja sudah boleh capai jumlah itu
  • Puluhan ribu kenderaan bergantung kepada aliran bekalan harian ini

Maknanya…

Perubahan kecil di global,
boleh translate kepada perubahan besar di bawah canopy stesen.

Realitinya: Malaysia bukan “price setter”

Malaysia adalah:

→ pengeluar (yes)
→ pengguna (yes)
→ tetapi bukan penentu harga global

Kita berada dalam sistem.

Dan dalam sistem ini:

👉 harga bergerak dari atas (global market)
→ turun ke bawah (negara)
→ akhirnya sampai ke pam

Insight yang paling penting

Ramai melihat harga minyak dari bawah.

Padahal hakikatnya:

👉 Harga minyak tidak bermula di stesen.
Ia bermula di pasaran global.

Penutup

Bila harga naik,
ia bukan semata-mata isu tempatan.

Ia adalah refleksi kepada:

→ geopolitik
→ aliran bekalan global
→ struktur industri minyak dunia

Dan di sinilah pentingnya kita faham sistem,
bukan sekadar harga.
